Elena is a highly qualified professional with extensive and long-standing (more than 20 years) management experience, including finance and administration.

Working for 10 years as Director of Economics and Finance of a large company, she provided support for business processes of construction and subsequent management of real estate objects.

Over the years of her professional career Elena has accumulated practical experience of working in companies with a developed holding structure, including structural subdivisions of different jurisdictions (Netherlands, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Libya).

Elena provides a comprehensive approach to the realization investment tasks thanks to her experience in development from the stage of land plot selection to the sale and management of completed construction projects, as well as in the business areas of customs, currency control, banking and industrial sectors.

In the Excelsior Consulting team, Elena coordinates the company's operational issues and client work, ensures express communication with external contractors on current and problematic issues, and provides structuring and control over the implementation of clients' projects.

Larisa is an experienced professional with more than 20 years of experience in finance and project activities.

She has expert skills in optimizing business processes and organizing corporate financing, including real estate. During her career Larissa has successfully cooperated with major banks and financial institutions, manufacturing companies from various jurisdictions (including Cyprus, India, Russia and Kazakhstan). She has experience in issuing corporate bonds and listing on the London Stock Exchange, managing restructuring and merger projects, organizing project financing, interacting with subsidized funds and implementing automation of financial operations.

At Excelsior Consulting, Larisa's international experience helps develop partnerships and select properties for projects. She organizes interaction with real estate agencies, developers, banks; conducts analysis of investment attractiveness of objects; controls financing, management and implementation of investment projects.
